Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 30 March 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website eralashdaticho.pro and any enquiry or booking process for travel-related services offered under the Tourista brand (“we”, “us”, “our”), operated from Warsaw, Poland.
1. Who we are
We provide information about tailor-made and packaged tours to Italy and related travel services for residents of Poland, Hungary, Greece, and other jurisdictions where we choose to operate. Contact: [email protected].
2. Website use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it in a way that impairs performance, or upload malicious code. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these Terms are breached.
3. Information, not guaranteed offers
Descriptions, sample itineraries, prices shown on the site, and marketing content are for general information. A binding agreement is formed only after we confirm availability, final price, and scope in writing (for example by email), and you accept that confirmation according to the instructions we provide.
4. Bookings, changes, and cancellations
Deposit and payment schedules, change fees, and cancellation rules depend on the specific tour, supplier (hotels, transport, guides), and season. We will communicate the applicable conditions before you commit. Unless stated otherwise in your booking confirmation, industry-standard cancellation windows may apply; failing to pay on time may result in cancellation of reserved services.
5. Travel documents and conduct
You are responsible for valid passports, visas, insurance, health requirements, and compliance with local laws. We are not liable for refusal of entry, missed connections, or costs arising from incomplete documents or personal conduct.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law (including Polish and EU consumer rules where they apply), we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or events outside our reasonable control (force majeure). Our total liability arising from any booking is limited to the amount you paid us for that booking, except where liability cannot legally be limited (including death or personal injury caused by our negligence).
7. Third parties
Many services (flights, hotels, local operators) are provided by independent suppliers. Their terms may apply in addition to ours. We do not control third-party websites linked from correspondence we send; use them at your own discretion.
8. Intellectual property
Text, images, and layout on this site are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy or redistribute them for commercial use without permission.
9. Privacy
Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from mandatory protections in your country of residence. Courts in Warsaw shall have jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable rights you have as a consumer to sue in your home courts.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new “Last updated” date. Material changes to booked services will be communicated in line with your booking contract.
